We are a growing team looking for a Junior Financial Planning Analyst in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a Junior Financial Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our finance team in various aspects including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational tasks to ensure exceptional output delivery to our stakeholders. Collaboration with the commercial and operations departments will be integral to conducting analyses and assessments.
In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and monthly and quarterly forecasts;
- Produce monthly financial reports to provide an overview of business and financial performance;
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for senior management and the Head Office;
- Support the development of financial models and analyses to help strategic initiatives and business cases;
- Gather information from different stakeholders, enable smooth processes, and ensure accurate data input into our management system;
- Ensure accurate data entry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or economics related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from other functions to achieve shared objectives;
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to think creatively, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations;
- The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Capability to work under pressure within tight timelines;
- The ability to communicate and present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
