sennder is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder. In a traditional industry, we are moving fast to digitize and automate all road logistics processes. We are a growing team looking for a Founders’ Associate Intern to join our “Office of the CEO” in Berlin.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CEO Office Intern, you’ll work on a variety of strategic and operational tasks. This will include conducting market research, developing financial models, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and taking on project management responsibilities. You’ll be an integral part of the “CEO Office” team that works directly with sennder’s Co-Founders and the CEO. This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and is a great way to develop a 360° view of how a high-growth company is run as well as to learn how to tackle multiple problems at the same time, drive forward key strategic projects, and manage challenges in collaboration with external and internal senior leaders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Assist in advancing sennder’s strategic priorities both internally and externally, from identifying to conceptualizing to executing key projects
  • Support sennder’s executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, such as strategy offsites or board meetings
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and various interest groups inside and outside sennder, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support the development of business plans, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Please note: The duration of this internship will be 10-12 weeks (Extendable to upto 18 weeks)

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • Successful business acumen, being in an advanced stage of your studies in business administration, business informatics or a related discipline
  • Initial track record of thriving in challenging and fast-paced environments, such as venture capital/private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities and professional usage of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong bias to action and results-oriented, willing to “get things done” - with a plan
  • Feeling comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and international contexts
