Process

Waiting time on Sundays will be compensated only for refrigerated transports. Waiting time during bank holidays will not be compensated.

** A day of waiting time corresponds to a 24 hour duration after the waiting time begins.

 

Carrier's delay at loading

Process

The Carrier is obliged to proactively communicate all delays to sennder/EST in due time. In due time implies that communication must be made as soon as the Carrier is able to identify any possible delay. This obligation shall continue to apply regardless of any possible activation of a GPS tracking signal by the Carrier.

Additional stops

If a Carrier is required to stop at additional locations than communicated in the original transport order

Diversion/extra kilometres

If a Carrier has to drive to a different location upon arrival at the shipper’s or receiver’s address, a fee for lost fuel and time may be charged – but only if the amount of extra kms exceeds 20 kms.

Waiting time/downtime – process 

In order to enforce a claim for waiting time, the carrier is obliged to immediately notify the customer 1. of the violation of the slot, 2. immediately before the expiry of the free waiting time, 3. with a final request and proof of delay no later than 24 hours from the time of completion of the order.

The carrier will be charged for each hour of delay for loading and/or unloading PLN 95 for each started hour.  

Carrier delay - the process 

The carrier is obliged to proactively inform the customer of any delays in good time. Timely means that communication must take place as soon as they are able to identify any possible delays. This obligation applies regardless of the possible activation of the GPS tracking signal by the carrier. 

Cancellation Policy 

Carrier cancellation 

Less than 24 hours between pre-arranged pickup time and cancellation | <24 HOURS 

The carrier covers the difference in the cost of substituting another (replacement) car. The carrier has the right to cancel the order up to a maximum of 15 minutes after receiving the order.
